Already almost there with this extremely low grade copy of Amazing “Adult” Fantasy 14 with a cover barely hanging on by one staple. I like to imagine Peter Roberts was just some kid who inked his name neatly under the title immediately after grabbing this from the spinner rack the day it came out not having any idea what fantastical earth-shattering events would unfold in the next issue. Some of the stories have protagonists that could be doppelgangers of Peter Parker. They might as well be named Peter Roberts.

The real Lee/Ditko sorcery at work here is a story about a teenage mutant with telepathic powers being harassed by a bunch of jerks. This is absolutely a prototype for Professor X and his School for Gifted Youngsters.
